What Happens Next?

Phase 1 – Book a Discovery Call – understanding how we can help.

During a 20-30 minute call we will:
– Learn about you and your organization
– Discuss support needs & goals
– Understand your organization department structure
– Identify time-frame
– Determine most appropriate Service Stream(s)
– Share cost ranges and service options
– Answer your questions!

If our services are a fit for you, we’ll head on to Phase 2

Phase 2 – Booking Needs Assessment

When we book a Needs Assessment we will:
– Answer your questions!
– Identify dates for an on-site visit
– Identify time-frame for post NA service implementation
– Provide costs and travel options
– Prepare service contract(s) & sign-by dates
– Arrange Needs Assessment payment
– Choose additional services
– Determine service implementation plan (including add-on services contract(s), signatures and payments)

Once service agreements are signed and a Needs Assessment is scheduled, we’ll move on to Phase 3 (where the magic happens).

Phase 3 – We Deliver our Services

We will:
– Arrive on-site to perform your comprehensive Needs Assessment
– Provde report & time-frame for post NA services

SubstanceU™ consulting services, continuing education courses, and custom workshops are designed to improve treatment outcomes and engagement in mental health & addictions practices. Our focus is on better integration of people with lived experience and Peer Support workers in practice.

Our Service Streams provide support to each component of a mental health and substance use care system:
1 – Organizations
2 – Individual Clinicians & Practitioners
3 – Clients Themselves

A Discovery Call will help us determine which Service Stream(s) are most beneficial to you, and provides access to our on-site comprehensive Needs Assessment – designed to provide the most effective, customized support.
