What Happens Next?

Phase 1 – Book a Discovery Call

To schedule a Discovery Call with Peer Support Integration Specialist, Lindsay Civiero, click: Book Online or Email us

During our 20-30 minute call we will:
– Learn about you and your organization
– Discuss your support needs & goals
– Understand your organization and department structure
– Identify opportunities to work together
– Establish time-frame
– Determine most appropriate Service Stream(s)
– Share cost ranges and service options
– Answer your questions!

If our services are a fit for you, we’ll head on to Phase 2

Phase 2 – Booking Needs Assessment

When we book your initial Needs Assessment, we will:
– Answer all of your questions!
– Confirm date(s) to visit your workplace for our on-site Needs Assessment
– Provide travel options and establish costs
– Prepare service contract(s) & sign-by dates
– Arrange payment
– Identify possible additional services
– Consider optimal time-frame for delivering service recommendations, if required.

Once service agreements are signed and a Needs Assessment is scheduled, we’ll move on to Phase 3 (where the magic happens ✨).

Phase 3 – We Perform an On-Site Needs Assessment

At the time of your Needs Assessment, we will:
– Arrive on-site to perform your comprehensive Needs Assessment
– Deliver Needs Assessment Report including add-on service recommendations
– Collaborate to create an Implementation Plan for immediate and future services
– Prepare service contract(s) & sign-by dates for new services, if required
– Arrange payment and delivery of additional services

Phase 4 – Development + Delivery of program and service add-ons

Should your Implementation Plan include additional programs or services through SubstanceU™, LEPS Connect™, or Peer Support Therapy, we will:
– Schedule convenient delivery of Continuing Education Courses or Workshops
– Begin customization of other programs & services, if required
– Establish virtual or in-person delivery
– Prepare service contract(s) & sign-by dates
– Deliver Programs & Services
– Book follow-up
